Quick and flavorful Thai-inspired stir fry made with crispy vegetables, herbal notes of lemongrass, and a hint of Canadian maple syrup.

- β2 stalks Lemongrass
- β2 tbsp Canadian maple syrup
- β2 tbsp Fry sauce
- β1 tbsp Stir-fry oil
- β2 cloves Garlic
- β1-inch piece Ginger
- β1 cup Bamboo shoots

Instructions

Heat stir-fry oil in a wok over high heat.

Add garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Add lemongrass, bamboo shoots, and crispy bell peppers, and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
