Egyptian Apple Tart
A sweet and crispy pastry filled with tender apples, inspired by Egyptian flavors.
Ingredients

- β2 cups, peeled and sliced Apples (Granny Smith)
- β1/2 cup Crispy sugar
- β2 tablespoons Tart lemon juice
- β1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
- β2 tablespoons, melted Butter

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Roll out Egyptian pastry dough and transfer to a baking sheet.

Arrange sliced apples on one half of the pastry, leaving a 1-inch border.

Sprinkle crispy sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter over the apples.

Fold the other half of the pastry over the apples, pressing edges to seal.

Brush pastry with tart lemon juice.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until pastry is golden brown and apples are tender.
