Saudi Chicken Kebabs
A traditional Middle Eastern-inspired dish, marinated chicken grilled to perfection with a crispy twist.
Ingredients
- β1.5 lbs chicken breastcut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
- β1 cup crispy ricecrushed
- β2 tsp arabian spice blend
- β2 tbsp citrus zestfrom 1 orange
- β10-12 kebab skewers

In a large bowl, whisk together Arabian spice blend, citrus zest, and 2 tbsp olive oil.

Add the chicken to the bowl and toss to coat with the marinade.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Thread the marinated chicken onto kebab skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.
