Crispy Brussels Sprouts with Citrus-Curry Sauce
A flavorful and tangy twist on traditional roasted Brussels sprouts, elevated by a citrusy curry sauce.

- β2 tablespoons Coconut oil
- β1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice Citrus
- β1 tablespoon Curry powder
- β1 tablespoon Honey
- βto taste Salt

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Trim the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.

Toss the Brussels sprouts with 1 tablespoon of coconut oil, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet.

Roast the Brussels sprouts in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and caramelized.
