Beef and Peruvian Stir Fry
A quick and flavorful stir fry made with ground beef, peruvian seasoning, and crispy elements. Serve as a dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 pound ground beef80/20 lean to fat ratio
- β1 teaspoon peruvian seasoningor to taste
- β1 medium onionthinly sliced
- β1 medium bell pepperthinly sliced
- β1 cup crispy ricecrushed
- β1/2 cup bitter gourdthinly sliced
- β2 tablespoons soy sauceor to taste
- β1 tablespoon olive oilfor cooking
Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.
