Crisp Bean Stir Fry
A simple and delicious stir fry made with crispy beans and a variety of spices.

Ingredients
- β1 cup Crisp beansany type of bean will work
- β2 tablespoons Olive oilfor frying
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 tablespoon Gingergrated
- β2 tablespoons Soy sauceor to taste
- βto taste Saltoptional
- β1 teaspoon Spanish fry spice mixor to taste

Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the garlic and ginger and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Add the crisp beans and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, or until they start to brown.

Add the soy sauce, salt, and Spanish fry spice mix. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes, or until the beans are coated in the sauce.
