- β2 tbsp / 30g Cream
- β1/2 Avocado
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper

Grind the Uruguayan beef in a meat grinder until it reaches a coarse consistency.

Transfer the beef to a bowl and mix in the cream.

Mash the avocado in a separate bowl and add it to the beef mixture.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
