Creamy Tamarind Pasta
A creamy and tangy twist on traditional Italian pasta, featuring the unique flavor of tamarind.
Ingredients

- β2 tbsp tamarind paste
- β3 cloves garlic
- β1/4 cup olive oil
- β1/2 cup creamheavy cream alternative
- β1/4 cup parmesan cheesevegan parmesan alternative
- βto taste salt
- βchopped fresh parsley
Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the tamarind paste to the skillet and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Pour in the cream and bring the mixture to a simmer.

Reduce the heat to low and let the sauce simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
