Creamy Indian Cheese Soup

Ingredients

Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and sauté for another minute.

Add the cumin, coriander, and turmeric, and stir for 1 minute.

Add the shredded cheese and stir until melted and well combined.

Pour in the chicken broth and bring the mixture to a simmer.
