Pan-Seared Fish with Creamy Kenyan Sauce

- β1 cup Kenyan Sauce (Coconut milk, yogurt, garlic, ginger)
- β1 tsp Fresh Fish Seasoning
- β1 tbsp Olive Oil
- β1 pinch Poke Salt
- β1 bunch Fresh Cilantrofor garnish
- β2 Lemon Wedgesfor serving

2. Season the cod fillets with fish seasoning and poke salt.

3. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Sear the cod fillets for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

4. Transfer the pan-seared cod to a baking sheet and bake in the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until cooked through.

5. Meanwhile, prepare the Kenyan sauce by combining coconut milk, yogurt, garlic, and ginger in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
