Chicken Tagine with Italian Creamy Sauce
A twist on traditional Indian cuisine with a creamy Italian sauce added to a classic chicken tagine. The chicken is marinated in spices and yogurt, then cooked in a rich and creamy sauce.
Ingredients

- β2 inches gingergrated
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β2 teaspoons cuminground
- β1 teaspoon corianderground
- β1/2 teaspoon cinnamonground
- β1 teaspoon salt
- β1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- β1 cup yogurtplain, unsweetened
- β1/2 cup heavy creamItalian cream
- β2 tablespoons olive oil

1. Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
