Irish Italian Hash
A hearty hash dish with the flavors of Italy and the comfort of Ireland. Perfect for a cold day.
Ingredients
- β1 pound KielbasaCut into 1-inch pieces
- β2 cups Hash
- β1 medium OnionDiced
- β3 cloves GarlicMinced
- β8 ounces Herbal cream cheese
- β1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- β Salt and pepper
- β1/4 cup Fresh parsleyChopped

1. Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

2. In a large skillet, cook the kielbasa over medium-high heat until browned, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the diced onion to the skillet and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

4. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional minute.

5. Stir in the hash, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 2-3 minutes.

6. Transfer the hash mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.

7. Dollop the herbal cream cheese on top of the hash mixture.
