Crispy Earthy Stir Fry
A flavorful and crunchy stir fry made with sautéed earthy mushrooms and creamy sauce, perfect for vegetarians.
Ingredients
- ●1 cup Earth MushroomsAny variety of earthy mushrooms work well
- ●1 medium OnionChopped into small pieces
- ●2 cloves GarlicMinced
- ●2 tablespoons Vegetable OilFor stir-frying
- ●1/4 cup Creamy SauceStore-bought or homemade
- ●1 tablespoon Soy SauceOptional
- ●to taste SaltFor seasoning
- ●to taste Black PepperFor seasoning

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the chopped onion and minced garlic and stir-fry until softened, about 2-3 minutes.

Add the earth mushrooms and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes, until they start to release their moisture.

Pour in the creamy sauce and soy sauce (if using) and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
