Citrus Herb Paccheri Pasta
A creamy and citrusy pasta dish with a hint of Italian flavors, perfect for a French-inspired evening.
Ingredients
- β8 oz paccheriItalian pasta
- β4 tbsp butter
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β2 cloves garlic
- β1/4 cup fresh parsleychopped
- β1 tsp lemon zest
- β2 tbsp lemon juice
- β1/2 cup parmesan cheesegrated
- β1/4 cup cream
Instructions

Cook the paccheri pasta according to package instructions until al dente.

In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the chopped parsley and cook for another minute.

Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the lemon zest and lemon juice.
