Argentinian Beef Stir Fry
A classic Argentinian beef dish with a creamy twist, served with a side of stir-fried vegetables.
Ingredients
- β500g Ground Beef80/20 lean to fat ratio
- β1 large Onionthinly sliced
- β2 Bell Pepperthinly sliced
- β8 oz Mushroomsbutton or cremini
- β8 oz Cream Cheesesoftened
- β2 tbsp Soy Sauceor to taste
- β2 tbsp Olive Oilfor cooking

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced onion and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the sliced bell peppers and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Add the mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and start to brown, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.

Cook the beef until it is browned, about 5-6 minutes.

Stir in the softened cream cheese until melted and well combined.
