Speck and Cottage Pie
A classic British-inspired casserole featuring tender speck and rich cottage cheese, topped with a crispy cornish and crackling crust.
Ingredients
- β1 pound, diced Speck
- β1 cup, crumbled Cottage Cheese
- β1 cup, cubed Cornish
- β1 cup, crushed Crackling
- β1 medium, chopped Onion
- β2 cloves, minced Garlic
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large pan over medium heat, cook the speck until browned, then set aside.

In the same pan, cook the onion and garlic until softened, then add the cottage cheese and stir until combined.

Add the cooked speck back to the pan and stir to combine.

Transfer the speck mixture to a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Top the speck mixture with the cornish and crackling mixture.
