Turkish-Style Scamorza Wrap
A delicious and easy-to-make Turkish-inspired wrap filled with melted scamorza cheese, cozy spices, and fresh herbs.
Ingredients
- β5 oz (140g) Scamorza cheeseSliced into thin pieces
- β1 lb (450g) Turkish wrapFresh or thawed
- β2 tsp Cozy spice blendA mix of cumin, paprika, and coriander
- β1/4 cup (10g) Fresh parsleyChopped
- β2 cloves GarlicMince
- βto taste SaltCrushed
- βto taste Black pepperCrushed

1. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium heat.

2. Slice the scamorza cheese into thin pieces.

3. Mix the cozy spice blend, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.

4. Brush the Turkish wrap lightly with the spice blend mixture.

5. Grill the wrap for 1-2 minutes on each side, until slightly charred.
