Keto Creamy Earth Tomato Pasta
A creamy, keto-friendly Italian pasta dish made with fresh earthy flavors and rich tomato sauce. Serve as a satisfying dinner option.
Ingredients
- β1 cup tomato sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- β8 oz keto pasta (zucchini noodles or shirataki noodles)
- β1/4 cup parmesan cheesegrated
- β1/2 cup heavy cream
- β1/4 cup fresh basilchopped
- β2 cloves garlic
- βto taste salt
- βto taste freshly ground black pepper
- β2 tbsp olive oil

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the keto pasta according to package instructions.

2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

3. Add the homemade or store-bought tomato sauce to the skillet and stir to combine with the garlic and olive oil.

4. Reduce heat to low and let the sauce simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5. In a small bowl, whisk together the heavy cream and a pinch of salt until smooth.

7. Remove the cooked keto pasta from the water and add it to the skillet with the tomato sauce and cream.
