Cheesy Tteok Mexican Casserole
A fusion twist on traditional Mexican casseroles, incorporating Korean tteok and creamy cheesy goodness.
Ingredients

- ●1 cup, shredded Cheese
- ●1/2 cup, sour cream Creamy
- ● Korean Chili FlakesOptional, for spicier version
- ●1 tsp, cumin Cozy
- ●1 tsp Mexican Seasoning
- ●1 cup Salsa
- ●1 cup Shredded Chicken

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the tteok according to package instructions, then set aside.

In a large skillet, sauté the shredded chicken with cumin and Mexican seasoning until lightly browned.

In a separate pot, heat the salsa with a pinch of Korean chili flakes (if using) until warm.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked tteok, sour cream, and shredded cheese. Mix until well combined.

Add the cooked chicken mixture to the tteok mixture and stir until combined.
