- ●1 cup (approx.) Cool crunchy topping (see notes)

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Place flatbread pieces on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes, or until crispy.

While the flatbread is baking, toast perilla leaves in a dry pan over medium heat for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant.
