Coconut Breakfast Halwa
A traditional Indian dessert-like breakfast made with coconut and halal ingredients.

Ingredients
- β1 cup Desiccated Coconut
- β2 cups Milk
- β1/2 cup Sugar
- β2 tbsp Ghee
- β1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
- β1/4 cup Flaky Coconut (optional)for garnish

1. In a large saucepan, heat the ghee over medium heat.

2. Add the desiccated coconut and cook, stirring occasionally, until lightly toasted.

3. Add the milk, sugar, and cardamom powder. Stir well.

4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10-12 minutes, stirring frequently.

5. The halwa should thicken and turn a light golden brown.
