Smoky Chicken Tagine
A Chinese-inspired twist on the traditional Tunisinian dish, featuring smoky chicken and a blend of aromatic spices.
Ingredients

- ●1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice citrusy
- ●2 tablespoons smoked paprika smoky
- ●2 teaspoons ras el hanout tunisian
- ●2 tablespoons tagine spice mix tagine
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, smoked paprika, ras el hanout, and tagine spice mix.

Add the chicken to the bowl and toss to coat with the spice mixture.

Heat a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add a small amount of oil and sear the chicken until browned on all sides.

Remove the chicken from the pot and set aside.

Add the remaining oil to the pot and sauté the chicken until cooked through, about 20-25 minutes.

Return the chicken to the pot and pour in the orange juice-spice mixture.

Cover the pot and transfer it to the preheated oven.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
