Citrusy Chicken Stir Fry
A flavorful and quick stir fry dish made with marinated chicken and a citrusy sauce, served with silky American-style rice.
Ingredients

- β1/2 cup chopped green onions
- β2 tablespoons grated ginger
- β2 tablespoons stir-fry oil
- β1 tablespoon citrus zest

Cook silky rice according to package instructions.

In a small bowl, whisk together citrusy sauce, grated ginger, and citrus zest.

In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of stir-fry oil over medium-high heat.

Add chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
