Thai-Style Monsoon Chicken Soup
A refreshing and aromatic Thai soup made with monsoon-flavored chicken and a variety of spices.

- β2 cups Pillowy Jasmine Rice
- β2 medium Ukrainian Carrots
- β2 tbsp Monsoon Soy Sauce

In a large pot, combine the chicken breast, lemongrass, carrots, and Thai chilies.
