Filipino-Style Vegan Ube Cake

- β1 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
- β1 cup Granulated sugar
- β3 tablespoons Pillowy aquafaba
- β1 tablespoon Citrusy orange zest
- β1/4 teaspoon Fenugreek seeds
- β1 teaspoon Baking powder
- β1/4 teaspoon Salt

Preheat oven to 350Β°F (180Β°C). Grease two 8-inch round cake pans.

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In a large bowl, combine ube halaya, aquafaba, orange zest, and fenugreek seeds. Whisk until smooth.
