Roast Chicken with Citrusy Glaze
A simple and flavorful dish that combines the brightness of citrus with the richness of roasted chicken.
Ingredients

- ●2 cloves garlic, mincedUse 3-4 cloves if you love garlic
- ●1 tsp saltUse kosher or sea salt for best flavor
- ●1/2 tsp black pepperFreshly ground is best
- ●2 tbsp olive oilUse high-quality oil for the best flavor

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

Rinse and pat dry the chicken. Season with salt and black pepper.

In a blender or food processor, combine orange juice, lemon juice, honey, ginger, and garlic. Blend until smooth.

Place the chicken in a roasting pan and brush the citrus glaze all over the chicken.

Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and rub it all over.

Roast the chicken in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
