- β1 block (14 oz) TofuExtra-firm, drained and cut into bite-sized cubes
- β2 tablespoons Citrusy Curry Paste
- β2 tablespoons Croatian Olive Oil
- β1 cup Stir-Fry Mix (onion, bell pepper, carrot)
- β1 cup Fry's Light Coconut Milk
- β1 cup Indulgent Tomato Sauce
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper
- β1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
