Slovakian Citrus Crumble Bars
A sweet and tangy dessert that combines the flavors of Slovakia with a crumbly oat topping.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 cups Slovakian biscuits (gluten-free)crushed
- β1 cup Granulated sugarplus 2 tbsp
- β1 cup Crumblehomemade or store-bought
- β1/2 cup Peanut buttercreamy
- β2 tbsp Citrusy zestfrom 1 lemon and 1 orange
- β1 tsp Cinnamonground
- β3 Eggslarge
- β1/2 cup Butterunsalted, melted

Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).

Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, whisk together crushed biscuits, granulated sugar, and cinnamon.

Add in peanut butter and mix until a crumbly mixture forms.

Press half of the mixture into the prepared baking dish.

In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and melted butter.

Add in citrusy zest and mix well.

Pour the egg mixture over the biscuit mixture in the baking dish.

Top with the remaining crumbly mixture.
