Citrusy Couscous Bowl
A flavorful and refreshing bowl filled with citrusy couscous, crunchy vegetables, and a hint of Syrian spices.
Ingredients

- β1 medium orangesqueezed for juice
- β1 medium carrotpeeled and grated
- β1 medium red bell pepperseeded and diced
- β1 tsp syrian spice blend
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- βto taste salt
- βchopped fresh parsleyfor garnish

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the couscous according to package instructions.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add the grated carrot and diced red bell pepper, cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
