Thai-Style Beef Shin Pilaf
A flavorful and spicy Thai dish made with tender beef shin and fragrant pilaf. This recipe is a twist on traditional Thai cuisine.
Ingredients
- β1 pound (450g), sliced into thin strips beef shin
- β1 cup (150g) pilaf
- β1 cup (120g) mixed bell peppers chewy
- β2 tablespoons (30g) vegetable oil quick fix
- β2 tablespoons (30g) freshly squeezed lime juice citrusy
- β1 teaspoon (5g) ground cumin zambian
- β1/2 teaspoon (2g) salt
- β1/4 teaspoon (1g) black pepper

1. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
