Chicken Tagine with Citrusy Twist
A flavorful and aromatic Indian-inspired dish with a twist of Mediterranean citrus, served with tender chicken and a rich tagine sauce.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 pounds chicken breastcut into 1-inch pieces
- β2 tablespoons olive oil
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β2 inches gingergrated
- β2 tablespoons lemon juice
- β1 tablespoon orange juice
- β1 teaspoon tagine spice blend
- β1 (14.5 ounce) can chickpeas
- β1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Heat the olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.
