Korean-Style Stir-Fry with Quinoa
A hearty German-inspired dish that combines the flavors of Korea with the comfort of quinoa.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons Korean stir-fry sauce
- β1 tablespoon Citrusy honey
- β1 cup Chewy brown rice noodles
- β1 medium Red bell pepper
- β1 medium Onion
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- β1 teaspoon Soy sauce
- β1/4 cup Green onions

Heat 1 teaspoon of sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the diced onion and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.

Add the sliced red bell pepper and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.

Add the cooked quinoa, Korean stir-fry sauce, citrusy honey, and soy sauce to the skillet.
