Citrus Sunrise Portuguese Custard Tarts

- β2 tablespoons Freshly squeezed lemon juice

- β1 cup Granulated sugar
- β1/4 cup Unsalted butter, melted

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, confectioners' sugar, and lemon zest.
