Spicy Pecan Crusted French Fries
A twist on classic French fries with a spicy pecan crust and crispy texture.

- β1/2 cup Pecanschopped
- β1/4 teaspoon Chilli powderor more to taste
- β1/4 cup Crispy fried onionsoptional garnish
- β Saltto taste
- β Pepperto taste
- β1 tablespoon Olive oilfor frying

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Spread the French fries out in a single layer.

Drizzle the olive oil over the French fries and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Toss the French fries to coat.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.

While the French fries are baking, mix the chopped pecans and chilli powder in a small bowl.

When the French fries are done, remove them from the oven and sprinkle the pecan mixture over the top.
