Gluten-Free Turkish Toast
A simple and crunchy Turkish-inspired toast recipe made with gluten-free bread, perfect for a quick breakfast or snack.
Ingredients
- β4 slices Gluten-free bread
- β2 tbsp Butter
- β1 egg Chilled egg
- β1/2 cucumber Chilled cucumber
- β1/2 tomato Chilled tomato
- β1/4 cup Crunchy lettuce
- βa pinch Salt
- βa pinch Black pepper
Instructions

Toast the gluten-free bread until lightly browned.

Melt the butter and spread on the toasted bread.

Crack the egg and fry in a pan until the whites are set and the yolks are cooked to your desired doneness.

Slice the cucumber and tomato into thin pieces.

Chop the crunchy lettuce into smaller pieces.
