Grilled Shrimp Tikka
A flavorful and spicy Indian-inspired dish made with succulent shrimp marinated in a mix of yogurt, spices, and herbs, then grilled to perfection.

- β1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro
- β2 tablespoons Fresh Cumin
- β2 inches Ginger
- β1/2 cup Yogurt
- β2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- β1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- β1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- β1/2 teaspoon Salt
- β1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper

1. In a blender or food processor, combine cilantro, cumin, ginger, garam masala, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
