Sweet and Savory Date Chestnut Bliss Delight
A unique dessert combining the sweetness of dates, the earthiness of chestnuts, and the crunch of bliss seeds.
Ingredients

- ●1/2 cup, chopped Pitted Dates
- ●1 tablespoon, toasted Bliss Seeds
- ●2 tablespoons Night-blooming Jasmine Syrup (or Honey)
- ●2 tablespoons, melted Unsalted Butter

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Arrange the chestnuts on a baking sheet and roast for 10-12 minutes, or until caramelized.

Meanwhile, toast the bliss seeds in a dry pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.

In a blender, combine the roasted chestnuts, chopped dates, toasted bliss seeds, night-blooming jasmine syrup (or honey), and melted butter. Blend until smooth.

Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
