Cheesy Polish Pierogi Bake
A twist on the classic pierogi, this casserole-style dish combines traditional polish flavors with a cheesy, baked twist.
Ingredients
- ●12 count Pierogihomemade or store-bought
- ●1 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- ●1 pound, sliced Polish Sausageoptional
- ●1 medium, chopped Onion
- ●2 cloves, minced Garlic
- ●2 tablespoons Soy Sauceoptional
- ●1/2 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook pierogi according to package instructions and set aside.

In a large skillet, cook sliced polish sausage over medium-high heat until browned, then set aside.

In the same skillet, sauté chopped onion and minced garlic until softened.

Add cooked pierogi, soy sauce (if using), and cooked polish sausage back into the skillet. Toss to combine.

Transfer the pierogi mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Sprinkle shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the top of the pierogi mixture.

Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
