Uruguayan-Style Chivito Steaks

- β1 bunch Steamed asparagusTrim ends and tie into bundles
- β1 bunch Steamed broccoli
- β1 medium Charred red onion
- β1/4 cup Chopped fresh parsley
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β1 tsp Red pepper flakes
- β1/4 cup Olive oil
- βto taste Salt and pepper

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Season steaks with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
