Greek Lamb Kebabs
A delicious and easy-to-make lamb kebab recipe inspired by Greek cuisine, perfect for a quick dinner or outdoor BBQ.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Lamb shoulder, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubesMake sure to trim any excess fat
- β2 tablespoons Extra-virgin olive oilUse a good-quality olive oil for the best flavor
- β2 tablespoons Fresh oregano leavesChopped or torn leaves work well

Preheat grill to medium-high heat (400Β°F). Thread lamb cubes onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, oregano, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper. Brush the mixture evenly onto both sides of the lamb cubes.

Grill the kebabs for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, or until lamb reaches an internal temperature of 145Β°F.

Remove the kebabs from the grill and let them rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.

Warm pita bread or Greek flatbread by wrapping it in foil and heating it on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
