Smoky Quesadilla
A smoky twist on a classic quesadilla, inspired by Portuguese flavors. Charred vegetables add a depth of flavor to this savory dish.
Ingredients

- β1 cup Shredded cheese
- β1 cup, diced Charred bell peppers
- β1/2 cup, diced Charred onions
- β1 tsp Smoked paprika
- βto taste Salt
Instructions

Heat a large skillet over medium heat.

Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle shredded cheese on half of the tortilla.

Add charred bell peppers and onions on top of the cheese.

Sprinkle smoked paprika over the vegetables.

Fold the tortilla in half to enclose the filling.

Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the tortilla is crispy and the cheese is melted.
