Charred Polish Paella
A savory and smoky paella dish made with charred polish sausage, perfect for a hearty dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Polish SausageChar-grilled until slightly charred
- β1 cup Paella RiceSpecial Spanish rice used in paella
- β2 Charred Bell PeppersRoasted until slightly charred
- β1 medium OnionSautΓ©ed until translucent
- β2 medium TomatoDiced and added to paella
- β2 tablespoons Stick of ButterAdded to enhance flavor

Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a large paella pan over medium-high heat.

Add the charred polish sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.

Add the charred bell peppers and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Add the paella rice, diced tomato, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
