Charred Fish Gyoza Tacos
A unique fusion of Mexican and Asian flavors, these tacos combine charred fish, polish sausage, and pan-fried gyoza for a delicious and spicy meal.
Ingredients
- β1 pound, sliced Polish sausage
- β1 pound, flaked Charred fish (tilapia or mahi-mahi)
- β1 package Gyoza wrapper
- β2 tablespoons Lime juice
- β1 teaspoon Chili powder
- β1/2 teaspoon Cumin
- β1/2 teaspoon Salt
- β1/4 cup, chopped Cilantro
- β1/4 cup Mexican crema
- β1/4 cup, sliced Avocado or sour cream

1. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the sliced polish sausage and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

3. Remove the sausage from the skillet and set aside.

4. Add the flaked charred fish to the skillet and cook until heated through, about 2-3 minutes.

5. In a large bowl, combine the cooked sausage, fish, chili powder, cumin, and salt. Stir to combine.

6. Meanwhile, pan-fry the gyoza wrappers according to package instructions.

7. Warm tortillas by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.
