Pan-Seared Cornish Chicken with Candy Glaze
A sweet and savory Italian-inspired dish featuring charred cornish chicken, topped with a sticky candy glaze, served with a light wrap.
Ingredients

- ●2 tablespoons Candymelted, for glaze
- ●4 Wrap (gluten-free)for serving
- ●2 tablespoons Olive oilfor cooking
- ●1/2 teaspoon Saltto taste
- ●1/2 teaspoon Black pepperto taste
- ●2 cloves Garlicminced, to taste

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. Season the chicken with salt and black pepper.

3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for 2-3 minutes per side, or until browned.

4. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and cook for 12-15 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

5. While the chicken cooks, melt the candy in a small saucepan over low heat.

6. Brush the candy glaze over the chicken during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
