Thai-Style Prawn Stir Fry
A quick and easy Thai-inspired stir fry made with succulent prawns, charred vegetables, and a hint of comfort.
Ingredients
- β1 pound prawnsfresh or frozen
- β1/2 cup tiger seechopped
- β2 tablespoons pad thai saucestore-bought or homemade
- β1 cup charred vegetablessuch as bell peppers, carrots, and onions
- β1 tablespoon fish sauceoptional
- β1 tablespoon brown sugaroptional
- β1/4 teaspoon chili flakesoptional

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
