French Jamaican Mushroom Wrap
A twist on traditional French cuisine with the flavors of Jamaica. This cheesy wrap is perfect for a quick and easy meal.
Ingredients
- β1 whole wheat wraplarge
- β2 tsp jamaican jerk seasoning
- β1 cup charred mushroomssliced
- β1/2 cup cheddar cheeseshredded
- β1/2 cup oniondiced
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1/2 cup bell pepperdiced
Instructions

Preheat a pan over medium heat.

Add the jamaican jerk seasoning and cook for 1 minute.

Add the charred mushrooms, onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Cook until the vegetables are tender.

Place the whole wheat wrap in the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side, until it's lightly toasted.

Sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top of the wrap.

Add the cooked mushroom mixture on top of the cheese.

Fold the wrap in half and cook for another minute, until the cheese is melted.
