Charred Bao with Kenyan Aerated Delight
A sweet and savory dessert combining the textures of charred bao and kenyan aerated delight.
Ingredients

- ●1 cup Kenyan Aerated Delightstore-bought or homemade
- ●2 tbsp Honeyadjust to taste
- ●1/4 cup Coconut Flakesoptional
- ●2 tbsp Lime Juicefreshly squeezed

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Place the charred bao on a baking sheet.

3. Drizzle the honey over the bao, then sprinkle with coconut flakes (if using).

4. Bake for 5 minutes, or until the honey is caramelized.

5. While the bao is baking, mix the kenyan aerated delight with lime juice in a bowl.

6. Once the bao is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool for 1 minute.
