Spanish Bacalao Ceviche
A refreshing and flavorful ceviche dish made with cod, onions, peppers, and citrus juices.

Ingredients
- β1 pound Bacalaodried and salted cod
- β1 large Maripahared onion
- β1 large Dered bell pepper
- β1/2 cup Confresh cilantro leaves
- β1/4 cup Cevichelime juice

Instructions

Rinse the bacalao and soak it in water for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Drain the bacalao and cut it into small pieces.

Cut the maripaha and de into small pieces.

In a large bowl, combine the bacalao, maripaha, de, con, and ceviche.

Mix well and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
