Vietnamese Sirloin Stir Fry
A quick and flavorful stir fry dish made with sirloin, vegetables, and a hint of Vietnamese spices.
Ingredients
- β1.5 lbs sirlointhinly sliced
- β2 tbsp butterymelted
- β2 tsp stirground ginger
- β1 tsp vietnamesefish sauce
- β1 tsp steak seasoningto taste
- β1 cup bell pepperssliced
- β1 cup onionssliced
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 cup ricecooked
- β1/4 cup green onionschopped
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of buttery in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the sirloin and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness.

Remove the sirloin from the skillet and set aside to rest.

In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of buttery, stir, and vietnamese.

Add the bell peppers, onions, and garlic to the skillet and cook until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

Return the sirloin to the skillet and stir in the steak seasoning.

Serve the sirloin over cooked rice and garnish with chopped green onions.
