Spanish Chicken Paella
A classic Spanish dish made with chicken, saffron-infused paella rice, and the perfect blend of spices.
Ingredients
- β1 lb chicken breast
- β1 cup paella rice
- β2 tsp spanish paella spice mix
- β2 tbsp buttery
- β2 cups chicken broth
- β1 cup water
- β1 tbsp olive oil
- β1/2 tsp saffron threads
- β2 lemon wedgesoptional

Heat the olive oil in a large paella pan or skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.

Add the buttery to the pan and stir until melted.

Add the paella spice mix and stir for 1 minute.

Add the paella rice to the pan and stir to coat with the spice mix.

Add the chicken broth, water, and saffron threads to the pan.
